nette Kinderecke und wir durften am Abreise Tag noch bis 13 uhr am Hotel parken
Check-in war um 15 uhr und als wir um 16:40 wieder kamen, war das Zimmer noch nicht bereit. Beim Check-In hieß es dann, dass wir das Zimmer noch nicht gezahlt hätten, dabei war es schon voll im voraus gezahlt. Als wir dann in das Zimmer konnten, waren nur 2 von 6 Betten bezogen und Die Handtücher waren nicht vorhanden bzw haben nach essig gerochen. Eins der bezogene betten hatte Flecken. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts waren es 36 Grad und trotzdem konnte man die Fenster nicht weiter als kipp öffnen. Eine Klimaanlage gab es dazu auch nicht. Die Dusche war stark schimmelig und die betten sehr knautschig. Für 6 personen wurden nur 2 bereits angefangene Toilettenpapier-Rollen bereit gestellt.

There’s nothing to like about the property except that it’s in good part of city close to metro
Cleanliness Hygiene Housekeeping not cleaning washrooms Rooms are very compact Washrooms are very small Honestly nothing about the property can be described as good

No AC in hot weather. A petite fan without charging wire was provided. outage happened often for no reason. Water was shut off one morning Basic amenities are missing

"Great value and accommodation, just lacked ac for the heat wave that we experienced."

It was in a good location, the staff were friendly and helpful.
That there wasn’t any air conditioning and they ran out of fans for us to borrow from the front desk.
