"A standard city hotel"

My family had previously stayed at Humble House before, where this was my husband's and my first time staying at this property. This is a very standard city hotel with an excellent location. You are in the heart of the Xinyi district, where all the food and shops are, and you are also within walking distance to the iconic 101 tower. The main lobby is on a separate level from the first-floor entry level, the public area is clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous. Our room was standard, with a view of the Bellavita mall. We noticed the room upon first entry, did not smell fresh, and we could see the ceiling walls with dotted white paint scattered throughout, which was not the most pleasing to look at. The breakfast was normal with a decent spread and some local delicacies. If you wish for a decent hotel with a prime location, Humble House does the job just fine; otherwise, nothing much to write home about.
