Best Western Hotel dei Mille

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra, stacji kolejowej i autobusowej. Housekeeping na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Śniadania bardzo przyzwoite jak na włoskie standardy. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Pokoje wyremontowane i bardzo czyste.

Large family room, clean and free minibar. Took care of our luggage before and after check-in. Our luggage was waiting in the room for us after a hot day exploring.

Location

All was ok

Great location (close to a lot of public transport) and staff, and the rooms are larger than expected. The breakfast had plenty of choices and cleaning of the bedrooms and common areas is done very frequently. We were able to leave our bags stored before the check-in and after the check-out, which made it very easy for us to manage our agenda in Naples without worrying about our stuff.

Very minor: perhaps adding one extra hook for the towels in the bathroom, since a single hook for a couple to share and no dedicated place for the hand towel made it a bit challenging.

The facility was great near the train station.

Ottima colazione con molta scelta tra dolce e salato, i maritozzi squisiti! Consigliato a chi arriva in treno perchè è a due passi dalla stazione centrale di Napoli.

Peccato che quando si esce dall'hotel c'è molta sporcizia sui marciapiedi e per la strada.
