Manhattan Pattaya Hotel

Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

Overall the Manhattan was a good place to stay, the only issue was that we booked the penthouse sweet because it said it slept 6 people on Orbitz. The reality is that it has 2 beds and if you have 5 or 6 people you have to pay $600 baht a day for an extra bed. The description on Orbitz needs to be updated to reflect this. It is very misleading.

I really found Pattaya a disappointment. This hotel however was great. Stylish, yet not over the top. Great service and all the amenities you can think of. Clean and safe! And in a better area of Pattaya. Not an overly touristic area but enough nice restaurants in the vicinity.

All of staffs here are very kind and helpful. the hotel is quite new and convenience. The location is good. for breakfast is on time, delicious and they provide me a lots of food. The facilities such as swimming pools is beautiful.

the hotel is superb. the incredible outdoor amenities. the staff is available and very helpful (they helped me with my 6 years old baby Bday). a value for money that defies all competition. I recommend ++++

1. We booked Two-Bedroom Suite with no ABF Suite but overbooked, then staff downgrade to 2 normal deluxe rooms with ABF. I am not satisfying as we booked no ABF but staff cram to ABF then we ask for Dinner with cocktail which he accepted. After that the manager inform though front staff that our group has Wine including instead of cocktail then we chose Red Wine and list the food menu at 15:30. 2. When Dinner time arriving at 19:00, the FB staff inform that no Red Wine only White Wine, I am not satisfying AGAIN as we list the food paring with Red 4 hours earlier. I asked for other option she said has sparking rose but not chilled yet, "who in this world drink unchilled sparking rose?" Finally we drink White but left half of bottle as we don't like White. 3. The bathroom amenity has no Shower Gel only 4 Shampoos in the tray. So I naked to call the staff to bring it. After all, the hotel facility was great but the staffs have to "well-trained" before delivery the service to the guest or even the service recovery still unprofessional.

- Nice location, in close vicinity to convenient store and many restaurants. - Friendly and helpful staff with big smile on their face. - Newly renovated and decorated facilities. Great size swimming pool, very suitable for exercise. - Big room and big restroom, very comfy to stay for both short term and long term stay. - Plenty of parking space, more parking space than other comparable hotel in the area.

Such a good time with my family. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It's a small hotel which I like it! Very convenient to go to shopping mall like Terminal 21 and central Festival. The front office staff and housekeepers were helpful and polite.
