Expo Park Hotel

Did not enjoy it that much.staff does not speak english, initialy gave me a room with an unlocking door(which they knew about), wifi is very unreliable, located near a rubbish disposal area so the smell was not nice at all.

This experience was an absolute shambles from start to finish. I always try to be positive in my reviews but not in this case, except to say that is was cheap. BUT you get what you pay for i.e. poorly organised, dilapidated and hazardous. I can't believe that Expedia have this hotel on their books. As I literally only needed a room for an 8 hour stop over I made do. Advice to other travellers - avoid like the plague.

We stay there 1 night ,staf was good but only 1 person speak English, lift was not working, room was very hot ac took a while for work ,pillows not comfy,in room no facilities, bo even water bottle.it was terrible ,not going again.

It was a reasonable hotel. First night they tried to charge us extra when took us to a room but we refused. They they took us to another room which was a bit smaller but no extra charge. We accepted that one but then there was leakage on the floor in bathroom which was creating mess , not fixed by the staff even mentioned few times to them. However we were then moved to another room which was perfectly fine, no issues. Some staff was really good. We were booked five people but our room had 4 single beds. The staff then kindly arranged for an extra bed in both rooms we were moved into. Breakfast was ok but u need to be there early as there is less posit refilling. Few of breakfast items were really good while the rest were ok. Now tea with milk or coffee was available. Also no house keeping was done during our stay at hotel. Language problem was also an issue but they were sometimes using the translating app and sometimes used sign language ,so managed ok for that time. Staff needs to learn some basic English to communicate. One receptionist knew some English but she couldn’t be present all the time.airconditioning was super good. Overall our experience at this hotel was accepteable avd we are happy with it apart from that leakage. Please do not pay extra if they ask u to.

There was no proper lighting in the room. Staff couldnt provide us the water bottles. Bathroom door wouldnt lock. Terrible experience.

The only think that was good about this hotel was the receptionist Amina who went completely out of her way to make us comfortable and above & beyond for us but the hotel itself is run down and in the middle of nowhere.

Staff were really friendly although after booking I tried to call and the girl on reception kept hanging up the phone because she didn't understand English. When I got there the staff were nice and were helpful, now the room was a double but it hadn't had a proper clean for a while and for £17.50 per night for 1 person I would have thought it would have at least been clean. The bedding and towels were fine but the toilet was dirty and the toilet seat was broken.

No dustin, first 2 days beds were not fixed, no extra pillows as promised and no complimentary water. Breakfast were the same every morning...imagine the many days we stayed...

The hotel is nice and decent and the people from the hotel are very friendly.

This hotel wasn’t very good at all basically was bad smelling the room , and also very they didn’t clean the room and much Moore very disappointed.
