"Unerträglich wenn die Basics nicht funktionieren."

Gute Lage, Zimmer in Ordnung

Bei über 30 Grad funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Die Fußbodenheizung im Bad lief auf Hochtouren, nicht abschaltbar. Leider späte Anreise daher kein Tausch des Zimmers mehr möglich. Keine Chance auf eine entspannte Nacht da oberstes Stockwerk unter dem Dach. Bei Reklamation am Morgen keine Reaktion oder Angebot.
