Das Zimmer wurde von Hatice wunderbar gereinigt…

Personal an Rezeption bzw Manager. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil runtergekommen, Fenster sehr sehr dreckig, Minibar leer, Frühstücksraum überfüllt(gut dass wir den Zugang zum Lounge auf der 34. Etage hatten), am Außenpool ist entsprechend unmöglich da sehr sehr windig und nicht einladen ausgestattet, für ein Lokalbier in einem Kunststoffglas 13€ zu verlangen und und und. Wir hatten das Problem gehabt dass das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ablief. Es hat uns über 5 Stunden und mehrmalige Telefonate bzw direkte beschweren an der Rezeption gekostet bis endlich jemand kam und das ganze in Ordnung brachte, wir wurde 3 mal angelogen dass jemand da war die Dusche/Ablauf in Ordnung wäre… am Ende hieß es dass sie vom Nachbarzimmer ausgegangen wäre und dadurch keine vorbei kam. Wir wollten auch kein Ersatzzimmer da am letzten Abend nach 5 Stunden hin und her alles zu packen und wo anders zu gehen, nicht optimal wäre. Außerdem waren bei uns sowohl der Teppich als auch das Sofa sehr abgenutzt und fleckig. Das Hotel hat ***** Sterne! Naja, dies wäre in Deutschland 3-4 Sterne bekommen und auf keinen fall 5!

Не возвращают депозит, обманули, что вернуть его сразу, но прошли сутки и до сих пор ничего нет. Развели много гостя оплатить за номер, хотя он уже давно был оплачен.

"A very disappointing stay due to poor security and management."

Unfortunately, nothing stood out positively enough to mention.

Housekeeping stole one of my personal belongings during my stay. I reported the incident to the hotel immediately, but the management did not take it seriously or make a genuine effort to investigate or resolve the issue. I was extremely disappointed by their lack of professionalism, accountability, and concern for guest safety. I would not feel comfortable staying here again.
