I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really tell that attention is given to the small details, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were beautiful, and the pool area was especially relaxing and well-maintained. I would also like to sincerely thank Zain at the reception for her kindness and professionalism, and Yousef for being incredibly helpful, cooperative, and attentive throughout the stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference.

The only small issue I experienced was that the music speaker at the pool kept disconnecting frequently. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would definitely visit again.

The room was comfortable and the reception and concierge staff were great. The room was cleaned daily which was great.

The staff at breakfast were very miserable and felt like they didn’t want to be there. The exception to this was the chef at the egg station who was always happy. The shower leaked when on causing the bathroom to flood which wasn’t ideal. The pool only has 10 loungers, I would say you need to double this number as a minimum.
