The staff and the other guests make too much noise. I couldn’t sleep.

The location is great. The basically-24h SPA is even better. It's not too grand - just a hot/cold bath, showers, and a sauna. But it helps a lot to relax. There's also an area to lay down and to use your laptop, so you don't feel confined to your capsule. Of course, the point of staying here is the location, and the ease with which you may get out. So spending time inside isn't the intention. It might not be as peaceful/easy as a dedicated room, but it's a great value for money. The only downsides are the inconvenient/cramped locker/luggage area, and the poor ventilation in the capsule.

The place was not so clean and there was mold is many walls in the building

It has a good public bath and relaxation room. I was fully refreshed there.

3rd floor smelled horrible everyday. Smell never went away and staff got rude over packing outside of my capsule my last moment to leave. Where are you suppose to pack your things lol. Also aren’t lenient when you have to leave or if you need 5more minutes

The sleeping area was too hot at night, bad ventilation, the whole building smelled like cigarette even if they had a smoking area. Check out at 11:00am, stayed in the building to gather our belongings, even if the they to the locker was already giving back, charged us and extra without warning.

It’s within walking distance of Ueno park and the Tokyo national museum. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and it’s just down the road from the train station.
