Amazing pool, and amenities at the resort. Super easy access to Universal. Could walk, or take a free shuttle. On sit efood was good. Only small problem we had was a refrigerator that buzzed, and had to be unplugged.

the long line for check in ,the staff was very friendly but to much small talk and we just want to get in ,we couldn't check in online because we booked through you "Booking .com " if we can't check in online while booking through you we don't think we would use you again
