Check in and check out were super easy. Room was perfect for our needs. My only real complaint is there was no conditioner in the shower. The area is very convenient to get around Berlin.

allowing smoking directly in the entry way is disgusting and could be easily solved simply by moving the trash can ash tray away from the doorway

Nice location. Friendly stuff. Rooms are extremely small no refrigerator, coffee maker. AC didn’t work! I would stay there again.

Great location, close to good transport links and good selection of local restaurants. Hotel was basic, but comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Although it was advertised ad being refurbished, in fact the refurbishment is ongoing. Unluckily my room was right above the current work and so impossible to be there between 10am and 6pm on weekdays. When I tried to chat with a guy at reception about it he was very offhand and rude. A very disappointing stay.

My boyfriend and i had a wonderful experience here. The location is great with many tourist activities nearby. The room itself was spotless, towels and sheets changed daily. Overall, this was a really great trip and we would definitely stay here again.

"Lovely Berlin"

Great hotel, centrally located, the staff at reception were extremely welcoming and allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. They also offered travel tips and advice. My room was spotlessly clean, warm, cosy and the bed was very comfortable.
