Clean and the room was lovely

The Hotel is nicely looking, although the rooms are smaller than advertised. It has a nice colonial charm you won't find anywhere else in Thailand, generally. The location is great.

I arrived 2 hours early but apparently my room was not ready yet. (Even though it was low season and plenty of rooms were free when I booked the day before). When I came back they let me as well as 2 other couples wait until the very last minute in the non-airconditioned waiting room for checking. They did not even start 5 minutes early. The others as well as myself were waiting for 20 minutes before the check in slowly started. I had an important meeting which I needed to attend, so at least a timely check-in was necessary and why I booked this hotel. After they showed me my room, I asked for my luggage which they stored somewhere but it wasn't even at the room. After another 10 minutes they brought the wrong luggage. Another 5 minutes passed before they found the correct luggage. A hotel which claims to be 4 stars should have its processes aligned better. Another point: the wifi system is unnecessarily complicated, you get a specific login on which you will need to repeat everytime you get back to the hotel. Well, until it ultimately stopped working at all.

It had a lovely colonial vibe, each room was decorated in a different theme. It feels a little quirky and isa pleasant place with attentive staff. It is right in the hub of Old Town Phuket with lots of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. Fantastic value for money.

The furniture in our room was a little squeezed in, but our son’s room was fine. There was no view as this was a city hotel, but we didn’t mind that, they had managed to make a clever little outdoor space.

Incredibly friendly staff and beautiful hotel! Nice refreshments and Thai snacks offered at breakfast. Rooms are small so better for 1-2 night stay! Rooms were clean and had everything you need for a short stay.

We stayed in room 101 which was closest to the lobby so could hear a bit of noise during the day however it wasn’t too bad at night time so we didn’t mind too much. The shower floor also flooded around our feet.

Staff are amazing here and the hotel is a perfect location to explore

the rooms were a bit small but comfortable - the bathroom requires place to put our cosmetics and shampoos etc - that was a miss
