The room is nice, city view. The rest quite good.

Found ants on the table, on the bed just 3-4 of them. The lighting all orange, quit difficult to do makeup in the room, need to use bathroom to do makeup. The breakfast menu i think can improve more.

Nothing special

Our stay was unfortunately affected by a very unpleasant experience during breakfast. At the entrance of the hotel restaurant, a staff member was standing with a walkie-talkie assigning seats. As we entered, I was briefly ahead with my son, while the rest of my family followed behind. We are a family of six. Without listening or asking, the staff member rudely assigned us a table for two. When I tried to explain that we were six people and politely requested a different table, he did not take the time to listen and responded in a very dismissive and rude manner. There was no effort to understand the situation or show basic courtesy. What made this worse is that the restaurant was not full at all, so there was no reason for such behavior. We had checked in late at 9:00 pm and planned to check out early at 8:30 am, so we ate breakfast early at 7.30 This staff member clearly lacked the minimum level of customer service expected in a hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure guests are treated with respect.

Rooms are comfortable

Room space was decent. Hotel was showing its age but things in the room still functional and condition not too bad. Bedsheets clean, bed was comfortable, aircon works fine. Quiet at night so sleep was not disturbed. Ground floor lobby was spacious and had lots of seats to rest and relax/wait around. The location is not bad, 7min straight walk down a street to KSL City Mall. Not too far a drive from MY-SG Causeway. Free parking, just need to validate TNG card 15min before departure. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The Sunday morning breakfast scene was a nightmare - so many people that the staff were overwhelmed. We had to take a while to find available seats and cutlery ourselves. Can't really blame the hotel but just a heads-up. Maybe exacerbated by June school holidays period. Room bathroom amenities were rudimentary (couldn't use toothpaste provided and toothbrush bristles were quite hard) and room slippers not great quality - paper that barely qualifies as footwear LOL. Gym supposedly opens only at 8am, though we saw people already running on the treadmills when we arrived at 8am. Closes at 8pm which is also kinda early.

The hotel is near to malls and shops. Very convenient.
