It is Good Stay. It looks like an old property and renovations need to be done on priority. English speaking staff needed since I face big challenge im communicating while checkin. Even after booking confirmation my room was given to someone else. But I appreciate reception lady because she upgraded my room on 2nd day. Overall ok stay since location is perfect

My room was in on the 4th floor. I heard constant washer pounding every 20 minutes when the washer would go to spin cycle. My room 407 and the room next to me was just under the Laundry room located on the 5th floor. They stock the room with 2 free waters but will not bring more even if you stay more than one night. They told be to buy water in the store. Fair breakfast. Decent location of Olaya street.

rooms are terrible and need serious upgrade. Everything needs cleaning. Batheroom was not properly working.

In short, the location is excellent Hotel lobby is reasonable for the level of the hotel Room service never cleaned my room for three days, even though the sign was outside The reception was friendly so were the other staff The room had no view at all, window blocked, beds in poor condition, reasonsble kitchenette
