Good location. 7-eleven just down the road. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to Shibuya. Cleanliness. Very thorough instructions for everything (except for operation of shower temp but we worked it out easily enough)

For the price it would have been nice to a least be able to make a cup of tea - there is a kettle but no tea. Inflexibility to extend check out. Great for 2 people - a little cramped for more. The bathroom had a pungent smell on arrival.

Amazing location and clean facilities. It was big enough for 5 and a great value at that space and location. The washing machine was key and would stay again.

Convenient and safe location, included necessary amenities, bathroom had great space for toiletry item.

お部屋の隅々まで清潔で、簡単な掃除道具もあり、気になる時は少し掃除もできたこと。

もしアイロンとアイロン台があると、スーツケースから出したお洋服を綺麗に着られるので有難いです。

Amazing location! Short walk to Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing but conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Multiple konbinis and restaurants nearby for all your travel needs! The entrance was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable! The hosts were helpful and communicative! They gave very clear instructions on how to get into the property, as well as operating the amenities. Great way to experience living in Tokyo like a local!

Fantastic location, 15 mins walk to Shibuya, near to Daikanyama and Ebisu. Very quiet in a lovely neighborhood in close proximity to various CVS’s and nice restaurants and cafes.
