"Will not recommend this hotel because it’s poorly maintained."

Within shopping center of Ximending and near Ximen station and bus stop. Customer service was fast.

First room that we got had broken bidet, no water coming out. Water in bathroom keep being strong and then not. Part of the walls are torn. It was very rainy and water went inside the window so had difficulty sleeping one night. then we requested to transfer rooms. Issues with the new room was the window in the bathroom had no curtain so we had to stick paper on it so we’re not seen by other people in the condo/apartment across the hotel. Bathroom had a broken door so water was going to the toilet.
