La ubicación es perfecta, estás al lado de las pirámides. El desayuno muy bueno, bien preparado y abundante. La habitación muy bien, nosotros somos 5 de familia y tenia un tamaño correcto, una sola habitación, pero muy bien. El baño también bien y el aire acondicionado perfecto.

Nosotros llegamos por la noche y el edificio no tiene ningún cartel, al ser el primer día y llegar por la noche, parece que no te fías mucho, pero al día siguiente, a la luz del día, todo se ve mejor. Tendrían que poner un cartel con el nombre del hotel en el exterior del edificio.

The view from the terrace was incredible! And the breakfast with such a view was really worth it. Marco and others were really kind & helpful throughout, never once did they push us for anything. The rooms were worth the price we paid & were comfortable

The property doesn’t have a lift, so could be a problem if someone books without noticing it, nothing else to complain.

The host is truly a sincere, friendly person with a big heart. I could genuinely feel that he treats his guests with the same care as family. Before I arrived in Egypt, he had promptly answered all my questions. He worried that the driver might have trouble finding the place; he even called ahead to confirm the location and waited outside the house for my arrival. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel very safe. The house was fresh, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Since I had to leave early the next morning, the host wanted me to enjoy a great breakfast, so he specially arranged the timing for it. The day before, he even took me to the rooftop to introduce me to the surroundings. The rooftop offered an incredible view of the pyramids—whether at sunset or in the morning, it was an unforgettable sight! The host even accompanied me for dinner and showed me where the shop was. He kindly bought me a bottle of water and provided a heater when I felt cold at night. The next day, the host had to go out, but he still called before and after breakfast to check on me. He even let me store my luggage until the evening, which gave me the opportunity to meet his daughter and have a delightful conversation. I truly felt the warmth and care of this family toward their guests. What touched me the most was when I encountered an untrustworthy taxi driver in Qena who took me to the wrong place and overcharged me. With just one phone call, the host helped me resolve the issue and got me out of that uncomfortable situation. I am truly grateful! It's a pity that I didn’t have more time to stay in Giza and have more conversations with the host to learn more about Egypt. Thank you for everything you did for me. I "REALLY ENJOYED" the stay with you and hope that one day I can do it again. It was a great pleasure meeting you and your family. I definitely recommend this wonderful place to everyone :)

1) Response to our queries is very fast. Marco handles requests through WhatsApp. 2) Fantastic view of The great pyramids from roof top restaurant. 3) Interior of rooms matches with the pictures.

1) Biggest issue: We were supposed pay the full booking amount while checking in into the hotel. Marco responded positively to my query on card payment before my travel. But, he never told me about an additional 10% charged by the hotel for card payments. He justified this on the amount charged by the bank for using card reader. I never saw additional bank charges as high as10% during my stay in Egypt. It was my first day in Egypt, directly from airport expecting to use card payment for complete booking. I believe Marco should have been transparent and informed me about it earlier. Request all travellers to enquire on extra charges before travelling to hotel. 2) Locality of the hotel. 3) Morning break fast has limited options. 4) Roof top restaurant looks dusty and not maintained. 5) No lift in the entire building. There are lot of steps to reach even reception. Not recommended for those who have knees probs. 6) Washroom is a let down.

Take the biggest room with 2 king size beds. That room is the best in the hotel. I wish to stay there longer. Very comfortable. We had window with little view on the Pyramids. Amazing shower, big bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. They have very nice rooftop with panoramic view on Pyramids. Thank you Marco!

We had stayed 5 nights and celebrated my Birthday. It was a BEAUTIFUL experience! It is nice hotel. Our room "King Bedroom" was small but clean, quite, cozy, with kettle. The manager (and everybody who are working there) was very polite and helpful. The rooftop has amazing view on Pyramids. The breakfast is realy good. Thank you!
