Локация шикарная, квартира огромная, с великолепным видом, дизайнерская, все было на уровне, кровати очень удобные, это для нас всегда важно . Хозяйка очень приветливая женщина, спасибо ей за советы и комментарии. Если возвращаться во Флорентию, то только в этот шикарный апартамент!

Не к чему даже придраться.

The location and view were great. The host was very nice.

The apartment had a sewer smell so we had to keep the windows open, even in the cold because it was giving us a headache. The first day, we didn't have hot water for showers. It just went to lukewarm until the host came the next day to turn up the temperature. The toaster was broken. The kettle had rotten milk left in it. And the beds were incredibly uncomfortable - hard as a rock.

The owner met us at the property and showed us each room. She was very thorough. Everything we needed was provided. You cannot beat the location.

Rooms could have some hooks/hangars to hang clothes. A few things around the house could be fixed (eg bathroom toilet holder) or cleaned (eg sofas). We were not aware that one bathroom was upstairs and the other downstairs (but both bedrooms upstairs). When the owner met us she failed to tell us we needed to pay 12Euros each for tax and when she did we had already vacated the unit with keys inside. She could have collected it when we arrived. It may have been in the listing but we looked at many listings before booking and did not recall all the details of each. Ended up sliding a 50Euro bill under the door. Check out was a bit early 10am (check in 3pm)-no leeway there.

Beautiful location next to the river. Easily accessible to all surrounding areas of Florence. Host was super nice and communicative.

This is not the first time we have rented this apartment with our family when we come to Florence. The ideal location, infrastructure and comfort make it unique, as there are no alternatives in terms of value for money.

The location. Silvia was great & very responsive to texts. The elevator was a nice feature. The quirky furniture was fun.

The bathrooms were horrible. Very inconvenient & needs to be more user friendly. The bedroom facing the river had dust mites & looks like no one had cleaned under the dresser in ages. The furniture looked a bit dirty & soiled.

Spacious and beautiful designed apartment centrally situated near the famous Ponte Vecchio. The view from the apartment is stunning. Everything is on walking distance, there are nlovely restaurants in the area nearby. The host Silvia is very friendly and helpful.
