Hotel Metropole

The location is top; very close to Senado Square and well linked with public transport. You can walk around the center of Macao till late night without any problem. The hotel is very clean and rooms have all that you may need, despite our wasn't one of the biggest.

Breakfast was incredibly poor for western customers but this can just reflect the fact we were the only 2 westerners in the whole hotel. Anyway more choices for a different breakfast other than asian/chinese should be provided. Staff in the restaurant dept were a bit slow and in the morning not all the customers have time to waste

위치가 너무 좋음. 구시가에 접근하기에는 이만한 위치가 없음. 10층에 위치한 복층식 넓은 방과 친절한 직원들 그리고 구시가와 백화점에서 가까운 입지는 만족스러움. 생각보다 시끄럽지 않았음.

방 내에 느껴지는 습기와 세밀하게 조정이 어려운 에어컨 카페트 바닥 특유의 냄새는 아쉬웠음 특히 2층의 경우, 에어컨 조절이 되지 않는데 에어컨 가까운 침대는 바람을 직접 맞아야했음.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. There is a good selection of dishes for breakfast. The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and was luxurious and practical, with some exceptions. A free shuttle to the border crossing to Zhuhai at the end was a pleasant surprise.

• The toilet was not flushing in spite of the prompt intervention of the plumbers. It seems to have a structural problem. • The bathroom has no bars and hooks on which to hang towels and clothes.

breakfast is okay - need to pay HKD55 upfront if your booking does not include breakfast. Room - spacious

BED BUGS. We booked a duplex family suite room. The beds in upper floor have bed bugs!! We no longer used the blanket and used the towels as extra bed sheets. Some parts of the edges of bathtub have molds. We can let this go but the bed bugs, really, is the huge problem. My sister did not have decent sleep because of itching all over her legs. The room assigned to us was 1007. Please change the bed foam already!
