Location was ok. Didn't help that Wenceslas square was dug up for roadworks so transport wasn't what it might be.

Luxury Kings Residence it is not! Before travelling I received several emails asking for payment of tourist tax. I could not pay the tourist tax without paying a damage protection charge. I queried this several times as the email stated it was a deposit. My question about a refund was not answered. The charge was not mentioned on Booking.com. Even though I paid, the tourist tax is still showing as being owed and not paid. We arrived at the address on the site and eventually were told a different address to go to.  When we checked in there was supposed to be someone to meet us with the key, no one met us. There was only 1 key between 7 of us. We were then sent a list of rules. We weren’t to make noise after 10pm as neighbours would ring the police and we would be fined, no hot water after 9pm so no showers etc.This booking stated a number of facilities that did not exist and was falsely advertised. Some of the facilities that did not exist are the following: Restaurant Private bathroom (there was 1 toilet without a sink and 1 shower with a sink separate) No additional toilet Air conditioning Airport Shutte (free) Bath Non of the reception services listed Minimarket on site Barber/beauty shop Designated smoking area There were no wardrobes at all. There was a closet that was full of wet towels on a clothes rack. The bedding did not fit the beds. The dining table was where some of the beds were so couldn't be used when people where sleeping. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The toiletries were only people’s leftovers. No coffee house on site No fruits, wine/champagne, buffet, bar, room service, minibar. No fireplace It was not at all what we thought we were booking and what was advertised on Booking.com. I have been bombarded with automated messages during the stay and since coming home asking for reviews. I will be avoiding anything listed by apartworld.s.r.o from now on.

Camas súper cómodas, apartamento con calefacción central, muy a gusto de temperatura. Y la ubicación fantástica, muy cerquita del centro pero zona tranquila. Lo hicimos todo a pie.

Der var møgbeskidt ved ankomsten. De forrige lejeres beskidte service stod i opvaskemaskinen. Gulvet var klistret og nullermændene var så store, at vi nær blev bidt i tæerne. Naboen skældte os ud, da vi ikke ville fjerne efterladt affald på trappen fra de tidligere lejere. Internettet virkede kun sporadisk. Alt i alt virkelig ulækkert og utilfredsstillende.

Its location was a short walk to public transportation and easy to get to the heart of the city. They had a few welcome items which were a nice touch. We had an immediate need and the staff responded immediately. It had everything we needed.

The 2 bathrooms were a toilet in one and a shower and sink in another. But 6 of us made it work with no issues.

I was very disappointed with this apartment. The apartment does not match with the description on the booking.com. I don’t think the owner was honest; and/or the communication at their end was very poor (insufficient). 1. On the booking.com, it says that the apartment has 2 bathrooms with a bath and a shower. In fact, the apartment has just 1 tiny bathroom with a shower, no bath. The main reason I booked this one is because it has 2 bathrooms. We are 3 independent women travelling together, we need 2 bathrooms in the morning to finish our morning hygiene routines. 2. On the booking.com, it states that there is a fireplace in the apartment, which is false. We didn’t mind if there is a fireplace or not; however, just let you know. It is a false description. 3. On the booking.com, it says that there are a kitchen, a seating area, 3 separate bedrooms… Actually, there are 2 bedroom apartment; they just put one double bed in the living room together with a seating area. 4. On the booking.com, it says that there is a free public parking nearby, no reservation needed. Upon our arrival, I have received a SMS telling me that on the Polska ul. were free parking. However, the information was faults. When I got there, I consulted with 3 locals; all of them told me I needed to pay for parking on the street. At the end, I had to find a private garage, and paid 40 Euros for 2 days. I wondered why did they provide false information? What if I got tickets, who was going to pay for it? 5. Next morning, after I complained to the owner and booking.com, someone texted me asking my license plate number. They told me that it was a misunderstanding, I should send them my car’s plate number, and they would pay my parking on the street. 6. Before we arrived, the owner sent me an instructions, it said: “Free public parking is possible at a location nearby, on the Polska street and in front of the house (reservation is not needed). “ & “Or you can also download the citymove app.

Host has come to the place and gave key in 2 minutes of waiting time

Very accommodating staff, clean and spacious with all the facilities needed for a great stay. Very close to the city centre and plenty of local restaurants/shops. Great for transport.
