The staff were very good and helpful whenever you asked them. The smaller lady who prepared breakfast was really good. They also let me stay in the lounge while I was waiting for my bus at night. It is very close to the metro, and you can also walk to Turgoman Bus Station for buses going to Siwa or Alexandria.

The location was great, the room was large enough with a decent amount of space for two people, and the breakfast was filling. Great value for money overall.

The facilities were just ok. The kitchen was definitely in need of a deep clean. We ate out most of our time in Cairo, but I would not have felt confident using the kitchen if we'd needed to.
