The staff was really nice… that is the only thing I have nice to say

Unfortunately, I was very unhappy when I checked into my room today, leading to my decision to check out and find another accommodation that could better meet our expectations. The lack of an elevator was quite concerning, as I was placed on the top floor and had to navigate five narrow and dangerous flights of stairs. As a recent car accident victim, I have injuries that limit my ability to walk up and down stairs safely. Additionally, the room itself was outdated and not cleaned properly. I noticed that there were only two pots and very few kitchen items available for use. The walls had noticeable water stains, the cabinets were dirty, and I observed rusted hardware throughout the space. It is my sincere opinion that this resort requires significant renovation to meet acceptable standards. I also have photographs documenting these issues, should you need them for reference. I appreciate that you refunded me for one night, but I kindly request a refund for the second night as well.

La ubicación y la habitación estaba estupenda. Todo en general estaba muy bien

No digo que no me gustase, porque la piscina estaba muy bien. Lo que si, que una parte de la madera que va por encima, estaba bastante estropeada y se ven los tornillos. Me parece que por seguridad deberían reformarlo un poco

Je me suis fait volée par un employé de l'hôtel presque 2000 euros mes CB montres, lunettes ... les responsables de l'hôtel en ont la preuve mais n'ont rien fait du tout pour m'aider ni m'indemniser... un scandale ! De plus je souhaitait déjà partie de cette hôtel dès la première nuit car impossible de dormir il y a une discothèque juste à coter L'établissement est insalubre mais pas du tout comme sur les photos il en même dangereux Et le ménage pas fait dans les chambres en 4 jours

Muy bien ubicado, los colaboradores siempre trataron de solucionar algunos inconvenientes.

Que el baño se filtraba el agua y tenía mucha humedad.

La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, aunque no es de buen tamaño, es muy cómoda, limpia y agradable. Recomendaría agregar una explicación más precisa de por dnd entrar, dnd dejar el auto y ese tipo de cosas, tuve q dar 2,3 vueltas y al no encontrarlo me estacioné y bajé a buscarlo. Todo el personal con el q interactué siempre fue muy amable y atento, los felicito sigan así!!!😉👏🏻🙌🏻

Las camas son muy chicas si hay q dormir dos pax en cada una, cuando es esta situación pues no descansas y duermes bien

I would have preferred daily room service

Nice bunch of apartments location some miles from main hotel zone. Nice swimming pool in the center.

There is no lift and it has 4 floors. That is the biggest drawback and secondly there is no private parking place. Thirdly, they do housekeeping or cleaning of apartments twice a week only!

The location was perfect. Many cafes & restaurants near by. The staff was so helpful & were very nice.
