had a very good experience at the hotel overall. The facilities, cleanliness, and atmosphere were excellent. I would especially like to thank Marwan for his outstanding effort, professionalism, and hospitality throughout my stay. He was always helpful and made my experience much more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of one staff member named Mohammad, who was quite rude during my interaction with him. I believe customer service should be consistently respectful and professional. I would also suggest that the hotel place clearer signs on the main street to help guests find the property more easily, as it can be difficult to locate without proper signage. Thank you to the team for the overall great experience, and special thanks again to Marwan for his excellent service.
