Wohnung war 1 Stunde später fertig (16:00) 15:00 war offiziell Check in ,angekündigt haben wir uns für 14:00 War unnötig und hat echt genervt bezüglich weiterer Planung in München . Ziemlich viele Verbotsschilder in 100 Sprachen wegen dem Wasser und der Benutzung der Toilette . Kann man besser lösen um die Info mitzuteilen Den Ventilator nicht einschalten ,es sei denn ihr seid taub und Lebensmüde Abenteurlich Tolle Küche ,Betten ok , alles in allen solide und unkompliziert guter Spot um München zu erkunden .

The location in Schwabing-West was perfect! So easy to explore everything on foot. Englischer Garten is only a 10 Minute walk away as well as the Museums district all well worth visit! The basement flat was spacious and stylish with a small Hofgarten which was shady and cool on hot summer days.

There was nothing we didn't like! The apartment was great for a 10 day visit.

The washing machine is great, and so is the shower also. Location in great too. Not far from the center.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. It was terrible for me. Maybe it's not critical for someone, but this option doesn't suit me. All the rooms are connected to each other without doors, so it feels like one big room. The kitchen lacks a microwave and a coffee machine. It would be good to add them. There is also only one large pot and no closed shelves for dishes. Dishes become covered with dust during such storage.

Clean, spacious, loved the ceiling, excellent lighting, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is perfect for a family of four—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen and cozy bedding. The stylish suburb is lovely and peaceful, and having a supermarket close by was really convenient. The pub on the corner was excellent, and there are plenty of good food options nearby. We even walked to Marienplatz in about 25 minutes—flat and easy. Getting into town was a breeze with bus, tram, and U-Bahn, and it was also perfect for reaching the football stadium. Our host provided clear information and made everything simple. We especially loved the air, the quiet surroundings, and the beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous location. Very nice interior. Very clean beds. The kitchen and and utensils were really good.

The shower temperature was not adjustable. I sent a message about it but this was ignored (Even nothing can be done, a reply would have been nice) The overall cleanliness was OK but there were places which was not properly vacuumed.
