The room was big and clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and ready to help in every situation. The hotel is very close to the pyradims and the Grand Egyptian museum. The view from the roof terrsasse is amasing!

Struttura a 5 minuti a piedi dall'entrata principale delle Piramidi, pulitissima, camera completa di tutti gli extra (acqua, bollitore, caffe, te, asciugacapelli). Il personale tutto eccezionale, dai ragazzi della reception a quelli della collazione che era ottima e ricca, servita sul terrazzo vista Piramidi.

"Toller Aufenthalt nahe der Pyramiden"

Tolles, kleines Hotel mit einem mega Blick auf die Pyramiden von der Dachterrasse aus. Das Frühstück morgens ist super und reichlich. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und versucht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Udało się być w miejscach, w których chciałem. Zorganizowano mi wyjazd z hotelu za co jestem wdzięczny.

- niesłowność personelu (co innego ustalenia - np. upgrade pokoju, który miał być od początku, a w końcu nie było zmiany) - czekanie na śniadanie średnio 20 minut - codziennie to samo na śniadanie - ustalane wyjazdy i formy płatności zmienne i każda osoba z personelu mówiła zasadniczo inną wersję
