En general, tout c'est bien passé, l'hotel a des bons lits

Pas d'eau chaude dans l'une des villes les plus froides autours de Bogota, la personne a la reception m'as dis quand je partais qu'il fallait allumer et attendre 20 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude... a savoir pour la prochaine

The staff were very helpful and professional.

The view could be better, it was just that I had a view of the roof of the next building and didn't have any of the views of the street or landscape. But that's okay. I was able to still have sunrises.

Excelente atención, muy limpio y organizado, hubo un error en la aplicación al momento de reservar pero la señorita de la recepción fue muy amable y nos dieron una mejor habitación por el mismo precio.
