Très simple et bien ,à un prix très correct

Location by pyramids was great and the kids like Amr who worked there were kind and helpful. Air conditioning worked in the room. The bidet in the bathroom worked well and doubled as a functional shower because the shower was broken.

Terrible attitude from adult staff who treated me poorly especially because I am with booking.com. Upon arrival I found several small curly hairs in my bed and no towels in the bathroom. There was actually just one single dirty sheet covering a bare dirty mattress. There were large cockroaches in my room, clogged drains, broken showerhead, broken tv, broken fridge and very dirty windows that wouldn’t close or lock. They aggressively pushed for their super expensive tours before and during my stay. For example they wanted $80 for a Nile dinner cruise that I got with booking for $10. They suggested $80 to see the Giza pyramids and I did it for $20. It was like that for all tours and I had private, air conditioned, expert guided tours for at least half of what they wanted. I paid more than expected for the room and had a very difficult check in process. The breakfast area was gross, they served dirty fruit, several days old falafel and their cats used the toilet in the flower pots where the guests ate. They recycled breakfast food from other guests even after the cats touched it or it hit the floor. This was a chaotic family residence of 4 floors where the “hotel” portion was just one floor. Family dominated the lobby and often slept, smoked or listened to tiktoks without headphones and the smell of the other rooms of the residence was repulsive. I had to step over many pairs of their shoes and plug my nose passing the massive incense sticks burning in the hall way and stair case to get to my room. They said I had a free airport transfer and free late checknout which they did not honor. Their “restaurant” was expensive take out that arrived cold and then was plated on the hotel’s dirty dishes. High speed internet was a joke and could barely load an email therefore even filling out this review or doing a teleconference was not possible. I should have left after the first day and the other guests I talked to felt the same way.

Las vistas a las piramides

Las sabanas estaban percudidas y con pelos, olor a desagüe constante en la habitación, desayuno acompañado de una familia de gatos que se subían a la mesa e intentaban robar la comida y no dejaban desayunar tranquilos. (El personal no interviene en esta situación) Cuentan ademas con un menú de almuerzo y cena el cual es excesivamente caro comparado con la realidad local y estos menú no son cocinados en el hotel, si no que los compran en el exterior y lo ponen en platos propios, los cuales ademas están sucios.

Estuvimos alojados en este hotel junto a las pirámides de El Cairo y la experiencia fue excelente. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, lo que hizo la estancia muy agradable. La habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares a las pirámides, algo realmente único. El desayuno era muy bueno y variado. En general, una estancia muy recomendable.
