Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Residences by Miami Vacation Rentals in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 23 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location is perfect, right in the center of Coconut Grove, walking distance to coffees, restaurants etc. Great clean room, well equipped , terrace with nice ocean view. Also pool area and gym are very good.

The hotel has nothing to do with the apartment rentals (besides checking in) and the host does not respond. As we were there for a whole week we ran out of liquid soap and would have liked to have our room cleaned (with extra charge of course). But as host did not repond this was not possible. As the hotel is independent they do not help out.

"It's a good address to visite the South of Miami"

We liked the location in Coconut grove, the rooftop pool is amazing, amazing view. Covered parking.

The studio is too small for more than 2 people. You can go with your kids, but no 3-4 adults
