It was overall a pleasant experience. The location was the key......we could just walk a few hundred meters to reach the Taj gate.

Despite reaching 4-5 hrs late for check-in, one of the rooms was not ready, and we had to call the house keeping to clean up the room and the bathroom. The breakfast spread was very basic.
