Value for the price is good, it's optimal for solo travelers on a budget. The house is placed near a convenience store (5 min walk) and a metro station (15 min walk). The owners of the house, a married couple, both speak English and were both very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The house is kept spotless and toilets are always properly stocked. Hot water is functional and all other amenities are sufficient. For the price, there’s a lot of value here. You’ll have everything you need.

One of the house owners entered my room without permission, while I was napping and had no shirt on. They stared at me for a moment before leaving, then re-entered the room to stare again. I found it incredibly strange and bothersome. I was very uncomfortable in the house for the rest of my stay because of this. The room is on the second floor, while the designated toilet is on the first floor. This is strange because there is also a toilet on the second floor, right next to the room. It must be for the homeowners only. The owners insisted on completing the payment transaction in-person, despite having received card information at the time of booking. This felt unnecessary, and was a little inconvenient especially because I was so busy. Also, beware of a small tax added to the price of your booking that is not itemized on booking.com.
