Appartamento elegante con terrazzino nel centro di Napoli

Un plus potrebbe essere un asciugatrice, nel caso si volesse asciugare qualcosa durante l inverno.

Posizione strategica nella città, vicinissima ai diversi punti di interesse e ai servizi che offre il centro città. Appartamento abbastanza rifinito dotato di ottimo materasso in camera e ottimi cuscini. Cucina fornita di tutti i comfort. Appartamento spazioso.

Sconsigliamo decisamemte l'appartamento a famiglie con bambini, persone con ridotta mobilità e anziani per via dei 71 gradini da affrontare per entrare a casa e dei 78 gradini per uscire (con bagagli, passeggini,...). Avremmo fortemente apprezzato da parte dell'host una comunicazione più chiara sia in fase descrittiva sull'annuncio di Booking che a seguito della nostra prenotazione. Il disagio che abbiamo provato con mia moglie e tale da inficiare tutto il nostro soggiorno. Una mamma da sola con un bambino su un passeggino non può affrontare da sola tutte quelle scale rimanendo di fatto bloccata dentro all'appartamento. I contatti con l'host si sono ridotti a soli messaggi su WhatsApp (seppur chiari), senza alcun incontro di presenza. Nella doccia non arrivava l'acqua calda. In bagno sono presenti macchie di muffa e infiltrazioni. Il divano letto in soggiorno necessita di essere rimodernato sia nella struttura che per quanto riguarda il materasso. L'ospitalità in un B&B/affittacamere si valuta anche sulla gentilezza di lasciare una semplice bottiglia d'acqua agli ospiti e non una bottiglia di birra lasciata dal precedente cliente (sopratutto dopo 71 gradini con kg di bagagli).

Close to the Line 6 and some buses. Close to the harbour. A good starting point for trips. Peaceful inside. Spacious. A small balcony. Clean. Very nice area. Directly on a shopping street. Coffee was complimentary. Nice interior. Towels and shower gels available. Washing machine.

The building is a bit desolated inside, but I am not sure if this just normal there. There is no directly elevator, as it is in an half floor. Stairs all the time. I did not liked the fact, that there was no oil, vinegar or spices in the kitchen to make a light meal. The baking oven was turned down, as well as the heating and the air condition. The checking in process and door opening system is kind of rocket science. happy to see a key after managing the first entering. no view, just courtyard.

The apartment is superb and exactly as shown in the pictures. It had all the amenities one could want and the décor, furniture and finishes were of a very high standard commensurate with a refined aesthetic. And it was very clean and tidy thanks to the lovely Anna who we just happened to catch as she was leaving. The central location, in the charming and the upmarket Chiaia district was ideal with everything only a few steps or minutes away including the renowned Grand Caffé Gambrinus – our daily recharge place. Raffaele was a great communicator who provided excellent information and clear check-in instructions (with photos and videos) and gave us his direct contact details should we need anything during our stay. We stayed for 14 days in May/June and were very satisfied.
