The appartment is in à good place close to venise, the bus stop is at 2 min of walk, as à women alone i feel secure in this neighbor , the appartment is cleen and there is everything. And the owner is adorable.

Fantastic apartment, exceptionally clean, everything you need and more even a welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge. The owners are such lovely people always making sure everything was ok we will definitely be back

Apartment is located above a restaurant and sometimes can be noisy

The host was great, if it were possible to give 15 points, I would give it without any hesitation. They guided us through our whole trip, up till the final destination and were always helpful when we asked about local routes and how to reach a certain place. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours but the host was waiting for us till 1 o'clock at night. We are so grateful to Francensca and her husband.. send our warmest regards and wish them all the best.

we have of cause nothing to compare with, as we have never rented private properties in Italy before,but could reccomend some more modern furniture.

Stayed here for a week. House is very clean and have everything you need. We used the local transport a lot, bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the house and has good connection to water buses to Venice and the other islands. Beach is 5 minute walk, restaurants and bars just around the corner. The house does have air conditioning. I would recommend it
