كل ش كان جميل بالشقة نظيفة جدا وموقعها ممتاااااز جدا حولها كل ماتريد من خدمات ومطاعم وسوبر ماركت وحديقة ومسبح تحتها مول كامل مول بارك والشقة مميزة باطلالة على الحديقة وعلى مسجد جميل جدا اطلاله مميزة والاستقبال جدا سهل من دخول وتعامل وامن خاصة الموظف أحمد مرة تعامله ممتاز وماقصر معانا خدووووم جدا جدا ومحترم والشقه داخل كماوند وحراسة وأمنه انصح بها وبشدة

The stay overall was pleasant for one week. The location is very good and convenient. Housekeeping staff were cooperative and helpful. Security services were satisfactory. The apartment is located within/near a shopping facility, which is very convenient, including Park Mall and Lulu Hypermarket, and pharmacy under the building and variety of restaurants

The apartment requires renovation and more regular maintenance, as some areas show visible wear and damage. The kitchen utensils also need to be renewed, as some pots were scratched and not in good condition. Parking is not free as stated on Booking; however, it would be beneficial if the property could find a way to include the parking cost within the overall price for better convenience and transparency. Outdoor parking feels unsafe, and guests are often required to use the mall parking, which costs around 200 EGP for approximately 12 hours, adding unexpected daily expenses. Better organization or inclusion of parking in the price would improve the experience. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was interrupted on the last night of the stay, which caused inconvenience. Stayed in Tower A, where the above issues were noticeable.

had a had a pleasant 5-night stay at Rate LOFTS by Elegant Hospitality. The location is excellent, especially for visitors to AUC, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Housekeeping maintained the room well throughout my stay, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would happily choose this property again when visiting Cairo.wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.
