AVOID WIFI was non existent ( false advertising)Contacted property owner but phone numbers provided did not exist when we called. Contacted property owner via booking.com and they bluntly responded on our last day. Also, the shower was broken. The shower holder was broke so you had to hold shower head above your head and also water gushing out sideways from head . Again, unable to contact and when they responded they did not mention shower . AVOID

The location is amazing, it was easy to find an communication with the host was great. The Apartment had everything it needed- hairdryer, coffeemaker, everything in the kitchen, towels...

It was great for our stay (we were here for 2 nights, but for a longer vacation- the room would be kind of small, and it doesn't have a balcony or a nice view (we were staring at another building). It was also quite loud in the building, you could hear everything from another rooms. And it smelled kind of funny in the room, i cannot pinpoint what it was, cause everything was clean, but the smell was there.

Location

The apartment is extremely small, it's a part of the apartment where the balcony was turned into the half od the room. The bathroom is also extremely small and it smells wet and mould. It was very difficult to find the entrance and box with key, host is not helpful, does not reply the call. Coffee machine is not working.

Pas d'eau chaude au niveau de la cuisine pour faire la vaisselle même si ce n'est pas un appartement fait pour y passer du temps mais du coup tout la vaisselle était sale, couette avec des auréoles ( non lavée ), prise électrique sans cache : dangereux, paillasson délabré d'où une entrée qui fait "sale". Salle de bain pas très bien nettoyée, ne pas regarder sous le lavabo...Problème de récupération de clés : plus d'une vingtaine de key box sur la même façade donc obligé d'adresser un message pour savoir laquelle était la bonne : ça va que ça n'était pas trop tard sinon à la rue... Lors du départ on constate que les clés de différents appartements sont dans la même "key box" : une autre famille a récupéré les clés de notre appartement alors qu'il n'était pas encore l'heure de départ et surtout, ce n'était pas celui qui leur était attribué. Problème de dégradation qui peut être attribué au locataire alors que quelqu'un d'autre s'introduit dans l'appartement entre temps. Heureusement que nous avons attendu de voir ce qui se passait, et procéder à la récupération des bonnes clés...Echange avec le propriétaire qui ne semble pas mesurer la problématique....
