Accommodation Sydney City Centre - Hyde Park Studio Apartment with Balcony

Location fantastic to all of Sydney. Ease of arrival and contact

Oaks Hotel facilities were good - pool, gym, sauna, restaurant, lobby. Accomodation owner was friendly.

This accomodation is privately owned and not managed by the Oaks Hotel. Room wasn't clean to an adequate standard - bed linen wasn't clean, shower was dirty (there was even a used chewie stuck to the towel rack). Microwave and kettle were filthy. Cleaning equipment provided was sub-standard to be able to self-manage tidy up after a day of activities. Looking back on past reviews to ensure I'm not just being picky, it's clearly an issue for a lot who stay here and I'm surprised that Oaks is okay with their name being used for this accomodation. Do not recommend for families of 5, despite being enough beds (double fold out from the wall to make up #4 & #5), the bathroom is not suitable, nor is the room size. Our suitcases were piled on top of one another and it was a mission to get ready in the morning!

La posizione è ottima comodissima a piedi al centro e vicina ad una fermata strategica dei bus.La stanza non è piccola.un po datata, ma comoda. Ci sono piscine e palestra. Dall'ultimo piano si gode di una bella vista. Lo staff non c'è. Abbiamo visto la proprietaria all'arrivo, ci ha dato dei buoni consigli che abbiamo seguito, poi nessuno. Sotto c'è un ottimo ristorante thai che non costa molto e si mangia bene.

The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms are so small for the money spent. No coffee or tea or milk, no soap.

Allow for pets.

Stained tea towels and shower towels.

Great location in the cbd outskirts and less than 10k from the airport

This was a last minute booking , our flight got cancelled at 10pm that night, It was not clear in the booking until confirmation was received that this apartment is not managed by the motel, consequently no toiletries nor coffee/tea making facilities and definitely not to the Motel chain standard. We had not planned to stay the night in Sydney, so this was a better than sleeping on the airport lounge.

Super friendly welcome, excellent location and a great price.
