They denied check-in after taking the payment. No refund option, and a penalty on cancellation for an amount nearly as much as the room cost. I had to scream and wake up all the building and treathining to call the police to get the money back. It was late evening and this behaviour caused a lot of trouble and extra costs to find another accommodation. They are not ready for international customers, their silly rules can apply only on locals. They shouldn't be on an international platform as Booking.com

Internet bit slow sometimes

Quiet location outside the bustle, nice park across, and easily accessible to the downtown area and tourist spots. The space is unbelievably huge. I found it was a little hard to come by a team that really cares about the quality of work they offer, and the Elegant team in general strives for that across their locations. Mr Mahmoud, Mr Zein and the rest of the team ensure to go beyond.

Quiet in an isolated part of city. Nice nature around. Beds are comfortable. The space is massive. It’s perfect for families. Bathrooms had hot water, it was really ideal for us as we were 20-30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go in Cairo. The team from Mr Mahmoud to Mr Zein, Mr Islam, Mr Hassan and Mr Ibrahim were absolutely fantastic an welcoming!

From the moment I checked in, the experience was absolutely top notch. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming! they went out of their way to assist with everything and made me feel completely at home. The apartment itself was spotless, well maintained,, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day in Cairo. This has easily been my favorite stay in the city, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
