Santa croce apartment

The apartment was very spacious and in easy walking distance to the main city areas.

Whilst the apartment was large, we were hoping for something a little more like the photos. The apartment wasn't presented in the same condition and was quite dark

The location was great. The apartment is very spacious.

The beds were not comfortable.

Top location: Very close to center but in a quiet and very nice neighbourhood.

Inside some paint came off the Walls (in bathrooms); some small things, Like coffee capsules would have been nice (there was just one)

We are still waiting for a refund. They changed places as the place we booked had flooded the day before arrival. They said we were being provided a better place with a few stairs. We arrived very far from centre and over 50 stairs not able to climb. I messaged right away and a few more times. They asked where the keys were and I told them right where they had left them and still have heard anything since. We had to find another place in very short notice.

The agent should have made it clear that the instructions will only be given on the date of arrival as I had to chase for instructions for accessing the property. The agent had sent online check in instructions stating that instructions will be withheld until this was provided and I had to double and triple check that I had done this before I chased them for the instructions as I had not received this day before arrival. the video instructions on how to get the keys were clear but there were no instructions how to open and close the main door and gate, and I had to specifically ask for this after guessing all the possible actions to work the gates.

The apartment was stunningly appointed. Beautiful art work and interesting antique furniture surround as you enter. Very comfortable beds, a clean functional kitchen should you wish to cook and a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. As a bonus it has a verdant private courtyard with seating and a table if you wish to eat alfresco. It is also deadly quiet at night which we appreciated. The Santa Croce neighborhood is very lively with multiple eating and shopping opportunities and it is far enough away to escape the throngs of tourists that clog the sidewalks as get closer to all the major attractions. It is an impressive refuge from a busy day and we definitely want to stay here again.

There was nothing we didn’t love. It was a great experience.

我觉得他这个照片滤镜非常严重。整个房间其实是一个很昏暗的感觉，甚至让我感觉有点害怕。我觉得一进门的那个沙发床都有点不大干净，因为我本身是一个身体，碰到脏东西很容易发痒的体质，我坐上去没多久就觉得身上很痒。房东所展现出来的这个房间，他是很阳光的。但实际入住，其实他是很昏暗的，我们最后就是三个人挤在了一个房间。我跟房东说过很多次，我并没有WhatsApp，但是他永远在Whatapp上面给我留言。房间的网络有时候不是很好，我们修了好久才修复好。 但是房东也积极地帮我们处理了，总的来说，只要你们不介意这种古堡似的氛围的话，你可以考虑入住。我建议房东可以把壁画换成稍微鲜艳一点的壁画，他们房间的所有的壁画都是深色的，很恐怖的

Beautiful historic property and well located

The location was good. We to really good places for food and coffee.

One couple slept in the back bedroom and complained of sewer gas. Also, the steps for access were a bit of a nuisance.
