Access to the beach club and roomy accommodations with great aircon

It would be nice to have at least 2 coffee pods as complimentary, travelers arriving late usually do not travel with coffee, tea or condiments.

"Too many deficiencies in the apartment and its location to really enjoy the stay"

No instructions for operating air conditioning system. Did not tell us that we could not eat in any of the surrounding restaurants which were part of all-inclusive hotel properties. The only restaurant on the premises closed at 5:00pm. The kitchen appliances were not properly grounded so you got a shock every time you touched one of them. Had trouble getting enough hot water to take a shower.

The La Amada complex where the apartment is located is excellent, the beach is very quiet, it has a restaurant with a variety, swimming pools, gym, all the facilities available. Regarding the apartment itself, it is quite spacious and exactly as it appears in the photos.

Cleaning and check in! The apartment was very poorly cleaned, with leftover things still in the kitchen and bathroom probably from previous guests. The worst of all were the sheets, they were super dirty and looked like they were already used. They certainly hadn't been washed. Check in was also a nightmare, we arrived at the place without any guidance from the host, and we had a lot of difficulty accessing the complex and the apartment. We had to wait a long time, which ended up being very exhausting after a 10-hours flight and with older people like my parents.

The apartment is so beautiful I felt really comfortable there. The grounds are lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach club. Food and cocktails were delicious. The beach is stunning. Very private. White sand and crystal clear water.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I wished I would have been a bit more organised and stopped at a big supermarket before arrival as I have specific dietary preferences but there’s a little store on the premises.
