AUApartment is quite large and it's well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. Washing machine was easy to use. The host/person who met us was very welcoming. Close to grocery store. Right on main road which is convenient for transport
We were extremely disappointed that we were not told until we had arrived that there were renovations happening in the apartment below (a dental office). Work started at 7:30am each day and continued pretty much non stop until 10:30pm. Despite being assured repeatedly in text messages from the host that the workers were going to stop soon, the noise (drilling, hammering etc) was constant for our three days there. Had the host communicated prior to our arrival that there would be such an issue, we would not have stayed there. It absolutely detracted from our enjoyment of our time in Dublin.

The staircase leading up is dark dirty and a bit scary. You can hear every movement from floor above.
IEAUThe apartment is located next to everything you need. It had two big bedrooms which were very comfortable Overall it was a good apartment for an overnight stay
The living area was small for 4 adults with only one two seater lounge. There are two long flights of stairs to the apartment The kitchen area was very small but suitable for an overnight stay
