1- Please ensure all personal belongings are secured upon departure. Anbar Hospitality is not responsible for any lost personal belongings. 2- Please adhere to quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your stay without a refund. 3- Bookings automatically expire at 12 PM on the day of departure, and the Anbar Hospitality team has the right to enter and prepare the apartment for the next booking. 4- Pets are not permitted. 5- Commercial photography is prohibited inside the apartments or in the building's halls. 6- Smoking and shisha are prohibited inside the apartments. Violators will be subject to a fine of 200 riyals.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
