部屋の融通を効かせて、ダブルベッドだったのをツインの方に変えて貰えたので大変助かりました。

他の方も書いてましたが、風呂場の隅に蓄積汚れや髪の毛が落ちてました。また、脱衣兼洗面所の床の汚れが気になりました。どっちかというとこっちの方が酷かったです。

There was a cat at the property, I am severely allergic so had to leave! Not getting a refund! Not happy! They should make sure it's mentioned in their advertisement!

The accomodation is in a very quiet and nice suburb area of edogawa. I always felt safe walking home at night from koiwa station - which is a 15 minutes walk. I enjoyed the walking, there a lots of small shops and restaurants on the way. Although the accommodation is located in close proximity to a motorway, it is quiet there at night - I had no problem leaving the window open. Windows have fly screens. The interior of the house looks as if everything has been freshly renovated. The room I stayed in had an agreeable size. There is a cat - which I liked.

I considered cleanliness to be a big issue. I hope the managing staff finds a daily routine to keep the house clean, so others may enjoy their stay. Communication was not great . Every bit of necessary information had to be asked for - I expect to be given information such as the correct Google Maps link in order to find the house. I did not feel welcome. Apart from a bed and a flat screen TV there was nothing in my room - no kettle, no rubbish bin, nothing to hang up your things - no wardrobe, no coat hooks, no shelves.

Budget place in Tokyo.

A bit far from city center. But it is kind of expected at this price.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The rooms were cozy and warm thanks to the heating system.

It was a little hard to understand how the shower/bathtub system worked.
