Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit King-Size-Bett und Stadtview in der 20. Etage. Das Zimmer und der Ausblick waren sensationell. Alles war sehr sauber, schöne eingerichtet, so viele Amenities, die zusätzlich dazu gehörten. Das Essen aufs Zimmer war auch sehr schmackhaft.

I highly recommend the W Macau – Studio City and will certainly be returning. The hotel delivers a top-tier experience across the board: Location (10/10): Perfectly situated on the Cotai Strip, putting all major hotels within easy walking distance or a short taxi ride. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the Macau immigration port is also incredibly convenient. Customer Service (10/10): The staff are exceptionally professional, and the service was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Rooms (10/10): Our room was fantastic—very modern and impressively spacious. Buffet Breakfast (10/10): The breakfast is outstanding, especially for those with specific dietary needs. We pre-ordered from their Indian menu, and the chef went above and beyond to ensure everything was prepared exactly to our requirements. It is a great relief to find a hotel that offers such high-quality Indian vegetarian options.

Our check-in time was 3pm and we had booked 3 rooms. We arrived around 5.30pm and only 1 room was available to us. Though the customer service was excellent, I found the delay in check-in disappointing from a 5-star property.

Nice location, modern design

It was a surprise for a birthday of my wife. But during check in at reception it was ruined. Expenses were showed to my wife. The pool was very small and crowded. Otherwise the room was excellent.
