in,out安排未完善，餐廳冇選擇衹有唯一，食物選擇小，早餐自助餐選擇也小，沒有穿梭巴士，需乘其他酒店車然後步行約十分鐘，要橫過多條行車線，幸好當地駕駛者都是有禮的，會在班馬線停車，另外如外出的話也需步行至巴士站約7一8分鐘，在酒店門口很小的士進入，門僮也很小理會，但如帶同行李進入酒店，門僮會幫忙帶到前台及會將行李送上房間，泳池開放時間8-8早了點關閉，更衣室沒有存房衣物的地方，不過有桑拿房，酒店職員部分是有禮的，部分則是目中冇人，離開酒店時如用現金作按金的話則要等候房間檢查完畢才發還，但不會很久，約十分鐘內。
位置好，房間大，清潔，員工熱請有禮
飯店很新，2024開幕，浴室乾濕分離有浴缸，清晨環湖景觀步道散步環境很好，飯店早餐服務生很有禮貌
只在電視接收好有問題，所有台斷續，完全看不到

1. 所有門框金屬邊打磨不夠圓滑，容易傷手。 2. 浴缸防漏塞太鬆，不能儲水，浪費我自帶的名 貴浴 鹽。 3. 淋浴間及洗手間地下有漏水痕跡。 3. Gym 房職員不夠專業，不熟識器械運作，器 械保養不佳。 4. 職員服務態度非常良好！
