the breakfast was very poor menu i assked for black tea and croissanrt but they told for 2 days it is finished no manger found to complain

The room was really big.

I checked in around midnight, the check in was taking way too long. And the person was writing down my creditcard info on a paper, very strange.

We had a wonderful stay at this five-star hotel and would like to sincerely thank the staff for their excellent service. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was always friendly, professional, and attentive, which made our experience truly enjoyable.

However, we were disappointed with the half-board dinner. Surprisingly, we were not allowed to choose freely from the menu because there was no chef until the last day of our stay. Additionally, the restaurant was closed on Monday, which was not communicated in advance. This was frustrating, especially for our children, who were unable to eat what they wanted.

The view from the windows was terrible, facing a rooftop filled with debris and a wall of the neighboring building just 3 meters away. On Booking.com, the room size was listed as 33 m², but in reality, it was around 20 m²- the corridors and bathroom, and 12 m2 small uncomfortable bedroom. The hotel missing a SPA area or gym area despite presenting itself as a 5-star structure.

The room was large and comfortable The staff was wonderful helpful

No lobby, elevator very small and not good, all the rooms wall needs painting, breakfast very limited.

Size of the room, bathroom and shower, comfort of the bed. Location and super firefly staff!
