Everything about the property was good. Location, clean and tidy, comfy bed.

Around 1am on my second night here, 2 British lads fell in from the pub, produced a bottle of whiskey, and proceeded to torment everyone else in the room until 4am. The staff did nothing to help. They said it’s a matter for the manager in the morning. None of us got sleep.

Personnel très agréable, situation géographique plutôt bonne, centre ville accessible à pieds. La salle de bain commune pour femme est propre et plutôt neuve. Le dortoir pour femmes est propre et les lits confortables.

Sentiment d'insécurité autour de l'hôtel et dans l'hôtel, un soir l'alarme a sonnée pendant plusieurs minutes vers 1h du matin. Nous n'avons eu aucune explication et avons passé le reste de la nuit stressée. Bâtiment plutôt vieillot, notamment la chambre privee que nous avons eu.

The guy at reception didn’t even point at the toilets or the chilling room upon check in. The shower was far from hot plus is kind of windy down there. The room and bed were good and clean. There’s no kitchen and no social environment at all

Also, I understand that the booking was not refundable but I tried to change dates and they wouldn’t want to change it. That’s fair but also shows you they won’t go out of their way to assist you
