Friendly employees, clean rooms and bathrooms

Nice staff, well-equipped kitchen, everything clean in general and good atmosphere.

No free towel for use, not so many toilets for the whole place.

Lamentablemente tengo más cosas para escribir aquí que en el apartado de cosas buenas. De los 3 días que estuve los 3 sonó la alarma de incendios repetidas veces, nos explicaron que era una falla en el sistema lo que le quita seguridad al tema ya que uno no sabe si realmente es una situación peligrosa u otra vez se disparó la alarma. La almohada literalmente es una hoja de papel. Y lamentablemente, me recibió una rata corriendo por el pasillo principal

the location isn't bad, you can walk from the train station and there are bus stops nearby. There is a nice garden area you can eat/rest/smoke in and it was nice to have a kitchen we could use. The beds were also not bad - clean just not very comfortable

Honestly I wish I had more good things to say... I wish the bathrooms were cleaner, especially the showers. There is also no regulation of the temperature of the shower, only one push button, so it's either freezing or scorching hot. The rooms were ok, but there were no ladders/steps leading to the top beds, just a shelf attached to the bunk beds! Everybody in our room struggled getting up, never was I so happy to have the bottom bed. Also mind that this is a worker hostel, meaning there are people living there, not just staying during a holiday. I wish I've known this before booking a stay. The area also did not feel very safe, especially when it got dark. Our room looked out on the street so we had bright street lights shining directly into our windows. And the walls are paper thin - you could hear all the noise in the corridor, other rooms and the street.
