It was a nice Hotel at a good location in the city , staff helped a lot many thanks.

The only positive aspect was the friendly reception staff. However, it's not enough to redeem the hotel's overall poor condition. Despite being in a great location, downtown and close to shops, the hotel's condition fell far short of expectations.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at New Panorama Hotel. The room was tiny, with limited mobility, especially with large luggage. The bathroom was a major letdown - the toilet bowl was unstable, and the bathing towels were unusually small (more like face towels). I was also surprised to find out that the room I booked had a shared bathroom, and I had to pay an extra $10 to upgrade to a room with an attached bathroom. Other issues included: - No cups provided in the room - Breakfast required a 30-minute notice, which seemed inconvenient (I've attached photos) - The lift was in poor condition, and the ride to the 6th floor was intimidating (I've attached photos) -Given the issues I faced, I would not recommend this hotel to others. Perhaps the management needs to focus on improving the hotel's infrastructure and amenities to match its prime location.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my trip to Cairo, and I had a really pleasant experience! The staff were super lovely and helpful from the moment I arrived. I noticed there was no water heater in my room, so I asked for one—and to my surprise, they brought it to me within just 5 minutes. Amazing service! I also discovered a small shared kitchen with a microwave, which was really convenient for heating my meals. The bed was incredibly comfy, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. And speaking of the city—the location couldn’t have been better! Right in the center of Cairo, with metro stations nearby, it was easy to get around and explore. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and kind staff in the heart of Cairo !

It is very difficult to find the hotel, there are no signs.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel , my room was super clean and had a nice view of the city with a perfect location at the center of Cairo .

the staff was really unwelcoming. I had problems with water, electricity, check-in.
