We had an amazing time at Bella Casa Pyramids Inn, which served us as a peaceful retreat after our adventures in Cairo. The host, dr. Susan is a great person who was willing to help at any time, even when it seemed that there is no food to buy due to Ramadan time. Breakfast was great to start each day and they even helped us visit Alexandria and gave us excellent tips about the city and it's attractions. We will recommend this place to our family and friends visiting Cairo for sure!

The location is not very walk-friendly for tourists, but that's more the city's problem, than this accommodation's. Other than that, it was more than great!

A very cozy and comfortable place, located near pyramids and sphinx ! Incredible welcome and cares from Dr Susan, the host ! Best breakfast (continental and local: from foul and falafels to croissants and marmelade), advices and services proposed are very good and very fair price. You can trust her. Children felt like « at home »

Dr. Susan who runs this guesthouse is a wonderful woman, just as the other reviews have said. She makes it worth staying here. She helped us so much and so graciously when my sister got sick. She's thoughtful and kind and does her best. We really appreciated her. The wifi here was good and the location was great. It was an easy walk to the pyramids, but you're not in the hubbub and noise of that area. It's also an easy place to get picked up by Uber to get into Cairo or elsewhere. The twin beds were very comfortable.

The room itself was basic and, by our standards, quite dirty. Cleanliness could be improved. We also can't quite recommend the airport pickup as the guy who picked us up blasted rock music and drove a bit crazy.

We were able to check-in after midnight, which was great as we landed at 11PM. We didn’t have enough cash for our inDrive taxi, so the hotel staff lend us the money. Dr.Suzanne is an amazingly sweet woman who really seems to care for her guests.

The room smelled a bit funky and could use some more cleaning or renovations (for example the walls could use some new paint)
