In addition to all the above, Dr. Susan who owns the property was the sweetest. Despite my error in booking a room, she was too kind to upgrade us to a bigger room with 3 separate beds without cost to us. She always cared to ask if our day tours went well and that she'd be ready to assist if needed. She made us feel at home and we felt the assurance that we are in safe hands the whole time from arrival and back to the airport. Thanks Doc!

لم نستطع البقاء في الفندق بسبب عدم وجود مصعد وكانت الدكتورة سوزان متعاونة جدا معنا ساعدتنا في الحصول على فندق آخر أسال الله أن يوفقها عموما الفندق متواضع لكنه نظيف جدا وهو ممتاز لمن يبحث عن سكن رخيص ونظيف

C'était excellent super très beau séjour la responsable une femme en or on se sent comme à la maison elle était aux petits soins j'avais oublié complètement que j'étais dans un hôtel tellement que j'étais à l'aise mes enfants étaient super contents d'être dans cet hôtel le petit-déjeuner était parfait et complet on était à proximité de toute commodité pyramide restaurant marché La responsable et le docteur Suzan elle est là pour vous donner aussi le meilleur plan elle va vous proposer beaucoup de choses à des prix défi en toute concurrence son but c'est que ses clients soient à l'aise se sentent comme chez eux c'est très rare de trouver une personne de nos jours de cette humilité de cette bonne éducation je vous décerne avec ma famille la palme de la femme au grand cœur

Tout était parfait vraiment

Este hospedaje es una excelente opción para quedarse en Giza, Egipto. El personal me trató de una forma tan humana y amable que de verdad quiero recomendar a todos darle la oportunidad a este lugar. No es un gran resort, es mejor, porque es como encontrar un hogar lejos de casa 🥰 es limpio, seguro y sin ruido, cómodo y acogedor. Muchas gracias a Ale y Dr Susan por sus atenciones, superaron mis expectativas!

Great location and Dr Susan was phenomenal as a host.

Truly an unforgettable experience, had air conditioning, warm / cold water, comfy beds & an outdoor area for smoking / having breakfast. Extremely close to the pyramids, with it being only a 10/15 minute walk away from the hotel. The breakfast itself also being good too.
