Bali Beach Hotel

It was an excellent family holiday!! Food and service was great and staff were super friendly. Relaxing atmosphere and restaurants and activities close by

Truly enjoy my stay at bali beach, they have amazing pool and amazing view The staff is also very nice, mutiara especially really helpful and always make sure about us.

We gad two nights here, hotel was very modern with a very modern and impressive reception. We were in a high floor with ocean view room. Had a large pool that was very relaxing with plenty of pool chairs for all. Breakfast was served in a comfortable air con restaurant with plenty of variety. The only thing I could fault was the lifts. So slow and could take 15 mins to arrive so allow plenty of time: I did give this feed back and was advised it was due to peak season but regardless how early or late they were the same.

This was our second stay at Bali Beach in the last 12 months. The first stay was amazing. However, I felt a little disappointed on the return visit. On arrival from security through to check-in was great. Staff were prepared and welcoming. Still amazed by the architecture leading to reception, it continues to hold that wow factor. A short delay to check-in, however, was compensated with the welcoming snack and drink selections to dine on whilst waiting. This was a nice touch. Loved the artefact display, so informative, and complimented the area well. Encountered the same issue with breakfast inclusion for my son last time around as well, even though we booked and paid for it and was clear on booking vouchers. Had to correct the check-in staff that booking was made for 2 x adults and 1 x child and not just 2 x adults. So watch your bookings. This was the start of the disappointments, even though feedback was provided on the first stay the same thing happened again. Left a sour note on expectations for this level of hotel. Opted to have the set menu for New Year's Eve for dinner at Arunika. Al la carte was not available. Was happy to pay the price but was expecting more from the menu itself. It was such a letdown and probably one of the worst meals I've ever had here. Prententious flavourless crap is what I would summarise it as. It is just the little things that add up to the experience. Finally, being hit by the set menu push again at the Roso restaurant. After the New Year's Eve experience, there was no way I wanted to do another. For a 5 star hotel, I want to have the option for al la carte. I don't want to be forced into a set menu that I am not interested in. Such a disappointment, and I have no idea why they would have such a policy. I saw four families before me leave, disappointed that they couldn't just order from the menu. Buffet breakfast was a hit and provided ample options to enjoy. Ayu from the kids club was just as amazing from the first stay. My son really enjoyed the kite making. Astri was also wonderful, making my son feel welcome and comfortable and made our stay feel special and memorable. Arik from Arunika provided exceptional service again. Bayu from Roso was excellent as well. Will we be back?...not sure, whilst the hotel rooms and facilities are great. The dinner F&B options aren't flexible to meet the wants of the guests, which brings down the overall experience.

Great location and good rooms. Staff give conflicting information on which restaurants are accessible under the Lux escapes package. Breakfast buffet needs more options for a resort like this. Overall staff at this resort are very helpful and friendly.

A spectacular entrance leads into a wonderful resort hotel. Superb staff and facilities. The spa is just next level. The rooms are a darker Bali style and feel a little dated. The pool and resort are just beautiful and very comfortable to relax in. Ocean views from all the rooms are fantastic.

We had the best stay at this beautiful property. The staff were amazing and the food was exceptional. Breakfast was varied every day and it was always delicious. The location was perfect and the rooms were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel, great location and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Has one of the best pools in Bali. The hotel food and drink are of a high standard and reasonably priced. The grounds of the Hotel are well maintained and helps make your time staying very relaxing.

My recent 3 nights stay with my little family here was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our room to the fullest. The location of the hotel is super strategic. It is just a 15 minutes walk by the Sanur beach to Icon Mall. I could really enjoy snorkeling at hotel's/Sanur's own house reef before sunset or during sunrise. The reefs might seem dead from outside of the water, but dip your face underwater and you would be teleported to another world!!!!The hotel also has a huge swimming pool (the water was so warm maybe because of the weather) which my kid really enjoyed playing everyday while watching sunset. The lobby was a total magnificent work of art kudos to whoever who designs it. I feel that the room also has a proper sound proofing because we didnt hear any kind of noise from outside or the next room at all. Everyday, we were greeted by the smile of the staff and that really brightened up our days staying there. The staff made sure that I had enough food and beverage every time I enjoyed my breakfast (The breakfast was awesome btw because they kept changing the menu every day) The slight downsides were that the room's flooring seems to making a lot of creaking sound while we walk (maybe wooden flooring needs more maintenance) and there was no glass partition in the shower room ( I am aware that it was previously installed but removed for easy access of wheelchairs?) I hope the hotel will maintain its current good service and also maintain the property to stay clean and up to date because I am already thinking of going back there again for my Bali's next trip.

After 30 years visiting and working in Bali and hundreds of hotels. Including 4 seasons, ritzes, mulias, Kempinskies from nusa dua to Seminyak and Ubud we have found holiday heaven in Sanur. We stayed at the Meru last year and this year it’s the mid century modern beauty of the Bali Beach Hotel. It was great last year but superlative this year. There are now 3 restaurant to choose from all excellent but Roso served up a 22 course degustation menu that blew us away. This was graciously included in the wonderful package that LUXURY ESCAPES had on offer which included a wonderful breakfast with perfect coffee every day, cocktails and dinner, plus a 60 minute massage by Manik that was one of the best I’ve ever had in a gorgeous newly opened free standing wellness centre. We love the location you can do your 10,000 steps in both directions and the beach from outside the hotel is the best maintained in sanur. Plenty of local shops, the great iconic mall is 15 minutes walk away if you need brands. All the doggos are healthy and you don’t hear a motorbike. The staff are what makes this special and whoever is doing the training should take a bow. It’s gracious, joyful, and it will brighten your day.
